Silicon Valley Innovatively Keeping Wealth in Hands of Few

In yet another savvy and innovative move, the Golden State Warriors have shrewdly signed Kevin Durant, a move that could finally put the Bay Area team over the top, and turn them into a contender.

It has been a long 13 months since Golden State won the NBA Finals, but their front office and owner Joe Lacob once again proved how they are “light years ahead” of the rest of the league, by signing Durant, a player that no other team would think of signing.

“Whoa, sign Kevin Durant?” said San Antonio Spurs GM R.C. Buford. “I never would have thought of signing the former league MVP. Although now that I see the upside, I’m really kicking myself.”

Golden State’s venture capitalist owner proudly operates the team with  what he calls “Silicon Valley precepts,” which apparently include doing something obvious while calling it innovation, and widening the gap between haves and have-nots.
